Coated fused silica tubing exhibits excellent flexibility, chemical stability, tensile strength, and exacting tolerances. These properties make it the tubing of choice for GC capillary applications, LC tubing, and other micro tubing requirements. It is also well suited for use in bioanalytical and high temperature GC applications. Avoid use with hydrofluoric or phosphoric acids, alkalis, and alkali-metalized compounds as dissolution of silica glass and surface devitrification may occur.
