Our 5x8' Azerbaijan international flags are made from high grade nylon material. The nylon is manufactured to withstand the elements. Each flag is fully dyed for great ink penetration and finished with a standard canvas heading and brass grommets. The Azerbaijani flag is made up of three equal-sized horizontal stripes of blue, red, and green, top to bottom. Adopted in 1918, the flag features a white crescent to the right of an eight-pointed star centered on the red stripe. The blue in flag reflects its Turkic roots, the green symbolizes Islam, and the red represents modernization.
